4-point violation, but in CO you're clear after 18 months and with my driving record my insurance was unaffected by it. I fought it simply because I was charged with a crime I didn't commit, and I knew the officer could never prove it "beyond a reasonable doubt". Clearly the legal definition of "reasonable doubt" differs from the common interpretation. On the "bright" side I now have a much better understanding of the CO legal system and the blatant bias that exists at each level. Ugh. Needless to say I have very little respect for the legal system anymore.
